Sicapo provides a Google Ads API automation platform that enables agencies and businesses to manage Google Ads campaigns, analyze performance data, and automate various advertising workflows through the Google Ads API.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SICAPO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sicapo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
